The scooter has a smooth design, but it also means can be a struggle to repair. It is listed at 50-60 Mpg. This is rather poor for a scooter. But, you are getting a high performance machine that can be ridden on the interstate. However, the Silverwing is a tough scooter to service by yourself and repair can be costly. Thus, because of its awkward build it is not recommended that a novice attempt to fix the motor scooter. Also, the scooter should have more colors and options available.

General Points
My Silverwing has been ridden for two years now and has had more than 12,000 miles. The Honda Silver wing is all about high performance as it can reach speeds in excess of 100 mph. However, it drives smoothly at around 70 to 75 Mph. As with all motor scooters, always ride with the high-beam on. The scooter has crashed once, and the design of the bike protected all major components from damage and only the molding had to be repaired. Wind deflectors are recommended. Overall, the Honda Silverwing is a very reliable quality high-end motor scooter.
